Training Methods & Assessment Techniques
For organisations to successfully combat workplace emergencies, there employees require up-to-date Fire and Safety training from a reliable and experienced Registered Training Organisation (RTO). We believe that it is only with relevant ‘hands-on' practical training from highly experienced instructors, that course participants feel comfortable applying learnt skills.

Fire & Safety Australia places a high emphasis on analysing relevant industry case-studies and developing your employees practical skills. This will ensure that your employees are trained to deal with onsite emergencies and they will remain calm under pressure.
 

Face to Face Training
Face to face training from highly experienced instructors allows course participants to ask questions and gain immediate feedback on their progress. Our instructors will encourage an ‘open-classroom' where participants are encouraged to freely ask questions and make comments. Our highly-experienced instructors will ensure a fun, easy to learn environment which encourages positive interaction between our instructors and course participants.

Our Instructors can individually assist participants who have language or learning difficulties. Our Instructors will ensure that your staff will have up-to-date skills and have the confidence to use them. With many years of experience in industry including: Fire Services, Military, Paramedic Rescue etc our instructors are experts in the industry.


Workbook Training Systems
Our NEW Confined Space workbook training systems can potentially save your organisation hundreds of persons days per annum. Instead of your employees requiring a 3 Day Confined Space Entry Course, Our NEW Workbook theory training systems can mean that your employees obtain the same competencies and the same amount of training over 2 days instead of 3 days.

Needs Analysis
Your organisation may require reliable up-to-date advice on Fire and Safety Training, Procedures and equipment. Fire & Safety Australia will visit your workplace to determine your unique training and equipment requirements. We can also supply your company with reasonably priced Fire & Safety equipment and we can assist you in developing your own unique workplace safety procedures and documentation for an additional cost. *Needs Analysis are FREE within 1 hour drive of a major capital city. Otherwise travel costs may apply.

Our Needs Analysis’ are obligation free. You will be provided with a comprehensive report (Training / Equipment Proposal if required) and you will receive professional advice from one of our team.

Tailored Workplace Training Programs
Our highly experienced Fire & Safety Trainers can tailor training courses which meet the specific requirements of your workplace. All industries and organisations are unique and may require personalise attention. We can design training solutions for your organisations specific requirements. We currently undertake ‘tailored’ training programs for BlueScope Steel, Bosik, Virgin Tech, Cement Australia etc

Our Trainers
All of our Fire and Safety Trainers have extensive practical experience and come from a wide variety of backgrounds including current and former Emergency Services workers, Military personnel and Workplace Emergency Response Team members.

All of our trainers have extensive knowledge and practical experience in Fire and Safety Training. We aim to deliver up-to-date workplace training solutions for industry requirements at an affordable cost.

Training Course Locations & Equipment
Our Fire & Safety Training Courses are generally conducted at our client's workplace where sufficient onsite training facilities exist. If required Fire & Safety Australia regularly hold public courses at suitable training venues.

Courses can be run at a date and time of your choosing. Our instructors will utilise the best available equipment and your staff will have the opportunity to undergo hands-on-training. If preferred our instructors can utilise your equipment for Fire & Safety Training to enhance employee familiarity with your workplace's emergency equipment.

Cancellations Policy
If more than 7 days notice is given a 10% fee will be non refundable.
If less then 7 days notice is given then a 50% refund will only be made.
If less then 48hrs notice is given then no refund will be given.
