Fire and Safety Australia:

  • Provided tailored Fire Warden Training, Fire Extinguisher Training, First Aid Training, Confined Space Entry Training, Height Safety Training, Risk Assessment Training and Permit to Work Training for Crown Melbourne
  • Conducted AS3745-2010 emergency procedures audits and consultancy for the Metropol Hotel
  • Provided Incident leadership/ chief warden training to the senior security team

FSA has worked with Crown Casino for over 3 years now. Crown is the largest capacity casino and entertainment complex in Australia which can have in excess of 540,000 people during peak periods. FSA was asked by the Crown Casino safety team to put together tailored Crown specific training packages that covered:

  • Fire Warden training for Crown wardens
  • Fire Extinguisher training for chefs across all restaurants and Security Personnel
  • First Aid training for security personnel and apprentice chefs
  • Confined space entry training and Breathing Apparatus training for the maintenance team
  • Working at heights training for the maintenance team
  • Risk assessment training and Permit to work training for the maintenance team
  • Chief Warden training for senior Crown security staff

We have also completed the following consultancy services:

  • Evacuation exercises and drills
  • Emergency evacuation planning and procedures review
  • AS3745/2010 Consulting for a new hotel and development

All training was tailored directly to the Crown Casino emergency procedures manual and we have consistently sent a group of 3-4 trainers for all Crown training to ensure consistent training delivery.
