The warden training was very useful and highlighted the need for both myself and Jenni to set up some evacuation drills. It also highlighted the need to impart the procedures to all other members of staff particularly as we have so many new people on board. The trainer was very thorough and would be good for any further training.
The fire warden/chief warden training has given our staff the confidence to operate efficiently during an evacuation process. The training was tailored to our site and the participants were extremely pleased with our trainer, Greg. We are now including this as part of an annual training program to ensure that our employees are capable of performing their roles in an evacuation. We will definitely be using Fire and Safety Australia for all upcoming fire warden/chief warden training and they will continue to be our trainer of choice in regards to the many other courses that they offer.

The presentation skills, knowledge in subject matter (especially the different regulations around the country) and passion exhibited by Fire & Safety Australia was second to none. Our instructor was able to explain all the fields and issues related to confined space safety to several levels of our organisation, with great accuracy and clarity.
The training methods used by FSA and the obvious level of competence and professionalism across a broad range of training proved to be extremely successful. Our people were motivated and enlightened by his enthusiasm and commitment. Our people were challenged by his methods and each and every participant left the course with valuable skills and levels of confidence beyond their expectations. Our company is extremely pleased with the outcome of the two days of training provided.

Fire & Safety Australia’s Confined Space Entry Training course was excellent. Our instructor presented the information in a clear and concise manager and he allowed time for questions, enabling us all to learn at our own specific pace. From theory to practical, Fire & Safety Australia’s approach was first rate.
FSA provided confined space training of a very high standard. The trainer was passionate about the topic and this was very obvious throughout the training sessions. The FSA trainer, was able to maintain positive engagement with the attendees. He provided numerous real life examples gained from his own personal experiences which I believe enhanced the learning of all involved. The course notes provided to all attendees were comprehensive and provided the attendees with material to further their understanding of the course content. The feedback that I have received from employees who attended the course has been very positive and the comment that ‘the level of training is a huge improvement on the last confined space training course’ has been made to me on many occasions.

When TENIX decided to implement Confined Space Training to all of its operators in Wagga Wagga the available options were few. Fire and Safety Australia were contacted and I was impressed with their ability to tailor a training package that more than adequately addressed our requirements. As a team, we had received First Aid Training prior to Fire and Safety Australia arriving on site and this training was recognised and taken into consideration when customising a package that fitted in with our needs.
The facilitator who delivered the training was very professional in his approach and passionate about his trade. My team of operators were left with no doubts, and I feel that their level of competence has left them more than capable to conduct confined space work in the future with confidence. I would not hesitate in recommending Fire and Safety Australia to any organisation requiring training in this field.
My experience with Fire & Safety Australia has always been of a very high and professional standard. The staff have always been very approachable and happy to share their knowledge. The provision of site specific training is an added feature of their service. I would have no hesitation in utilising their services again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a one stop shop for emergency response training.
You guys are so great to deal with and your training is amazing. You’re a great company to work with and we ill definitely always give you guys heads up in future if there is anything we need straight away.
The trainers were great and really tested everyone as we went along by drawing on their experiences. The training exercises were close to reality and exposed some areas that could be improved on. This was the best CSE training I’ve ever had. Expectations were exceeded and now feel a lot more comfortable with the rescue side.
