Health and Safety Representatives (Comcare approved in the Commonwealth Jurisdiction)

Elected Health and Safety Representatives (and deputy HSRs) from within the Commonwealth jurisdiction should attend this course. Note: section 72 of the WHS Act 2011 entitles a HSR to attend an initial course of training in work health and safety after being elected. The HSR in consultation with their employer also has the right to choose the course of training they attend. Students are required to bring with them to the course their workplace’s Risk Management Process/Tool and a Workplace Inspection Checklist.

Health and Safety Representatives Refresher (Comcare approved in the Commonwealth Jurisdiction)

Specifically intended for Commonwealth trained Health and Safety Representatives who have completed the 5 day Commonwealth HSR course after 31st of December 2011. Note: section 72 of the WHS Act 2011 entitles a Health and Safety Representative (HSR) after completing an initial course of training to attend a refresher course of training in work health and safety for each year they hold office. The HSR in consultation with their employer also has the right to choose the course of training they attend. Students are required to bring with them to the course their workplace’s Risk Management Process/Tool.

Cancellation Policy:  Public Courses - With 7 days cancellation notice a total refund is given. If less than 7-day notice a 50% refund is made. When less than 24 hours notice is given, no refund is available.

Can we combine courses into a course package? Yes companies can combine other FSA courses with the Chief Fire Warden training to save money.
